Night with K-State Engineering events are for high school and community college students interested in the K-State Carl R. Ice College of Engineering. Representatives will lead an interactive presentation for students and their guests on the following topics:

Types of engineering
Engineering careers
Successfully transitioning to an engineering degree
Q&A session with K-State engineering students and college leaders

Students who register and attend will receive a free K-State engineering-branded T-shirt!

The College of Engineering will award a $1,000 scholarship^* to a high school senior or transfer student and a $500 scholarship^* to two high school juniors in attendance.

*To receive this scholarship, senior and transfer students must enroll full-time in the summer or fall 2026 semester in the College of Engineering, and juniors must enroll full-time in the summer or fall 2027 semester in the College of Engineering. Scholarships are nontransferable. A student may be entered into one drawing per academic year and previous scholarship winners are not eligible for a second award.
