School Information

Please provide our department with more contextual information about your school so we can review your funding application and determine if it meets our requirements. The Group Visit Funding Support Program is designed for students who may be low-income, Pell-eligible, first-generation, or face college access barriers, especially those who lack opportunities to tour colleges and universities. Ultimately, this program aims to promote college access and create equitable opportunities for these students and schools by enabling K-State to help fund their campus visits. This program is currently only available to schools in Kansas and the Kansas City, MO area.

I understand all information given will be taken into consideration. K-State Office of Recruitment and Admissions will internally review this application based on the factors stated above. If a group visit funding application is approved, K-State will provide full or partial monetary resources to fund the transportation, meals and programing for students. Please note, schools are solely responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the actual method of transportation to and from K-State's Manhattan campus. Schools are also responsible for chaperoning. If requested event/date is unavailable K-State will provide alternative options for the group to visit campus. Funding may be awarded at full or partial amounts.
