Access Request Details

General Undergraduate Recruitment

Level 1 - General CRM-Slate Access *Recommended for general support staff*

Level 2 - General Recruitment

Level 3 - Recruitment Coordinator

Level 1 Access grants users the following permissions:
Primary duties: interacts with prospects, can communicate general knowledge of recruitment status and funnel progress.

Person Lookup - can search the database for a student records
Application Lookup - can view application data

Level 2 Access grants users the same permissions as Level 1 plus:
Primary Duties: Interacts with prospects, tracks interactions, manages events. Custom request available per special permission per college recruitment coordinator.

Event Registration - can create, access and edit events associated with the user account but cannot edit event registration of other users
Interactions: can add and update interactions on the timeline (phone call, sent postcard, etc)

Level 3 Access grants users the same permissions as Level 2 plus:
Primary Duties: Interacts with prospects, tracks interactions, creates and manages events, and manages an inbox.

Events: can create events, access and edit events in the user's unit
Inbox: can access inbox and manage incoming emails

General Application Management

Level 1: Application Reviewer

Level 2: Review and Approver

Level 3: Reserved for ORA Processing Staff

Level 1 Access grants users the following permissions:

Reader - can read application and materials

Level 2 Access grants users the same permissions as Level 1 plus:

Special or Selective Program Decision - can enter final program decision

In addition to the level of access you requested, list the additional permission(s), if applicable, you want added to the user's role and why. Approval from college/department superuser is required.
